Which characters can I use on my token?
We support just about anything you can think of! We can engrave in any language you can type in, as well as support a wide variety of special symbols. If you want any symbols engraved type a description of the symbol with *'s around it. Our team will contact you if they do not understand your request or if it's not possible. Example: *cross* or *heart* or *waves*
Do you create words in other languages?
Yes we do! Any language you are able to type through your phone or computer and submit to us, we can engrave.
What is the return policy?
For custom items, we are happy to accept returns in the following cases:
- If we have made a typo during the customization process.
- If your bracelet arrives damaged in some way.
Due to the custom nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns for our custom products for other reasons than the two listed above.

How long will it take to get my Life Token Bracelet?
You can expect it to take 7-10 business days. This includes order processing, production and shipping time.
Are bracelets able to withstand water and be worn in the shower?
- All our original Life Token bracelet bands are either nylon or cotton based and can withstand water. We recommend taking them off before entering bodies of water to help preserve the best quality possible.

My best friend and I love our bracelets. They are subtle enough to wear with everything, and they are perfectly customizable. There are virtually no limits to what you can have engraved into your bracelets. And, they’re waterproof, so you can wear them in the shower or the pool, which is a definite plus. I received my bracelets a day early, and they had the right design etched into them, but one of the tokens was the wrong color. After I emailed customer service and sent them a picture of my order and my bracelets that I received, they emailed me back within 24 hours, apologizing and confirming my order, and they promptly sent me the correct bracelet. That package arrived a day early as well! The customer service representative that I spoke to, Chris, was so polite and helpful; and the way they handled my concern was very professional, as well as personable, making sure I was satisfied with my order. I will 100% order from them again!
