CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you offer engraving?

Yes! We are able to customize a select number of pieces on our website! Enter in the custom message you want engraved and we'll do the rest :) You can shop our customizable jewelry here.

 

Which characters can I engrave?

We support just about anything you can think of! We can engrave in any language you can type in, as well as support a wide variety of special symbols. For symbols use *asterisks* to indicate what symbol you want! For example, for a picture of a sun on your token, write *sun*.Our team will contact you if they do not understand your request or if it's not possible. Example: *cross* or *heart* or *waves*.

 

Do you create words in other languages?

Yes we do! Any language you are able to type through your phone or computer and submit to us, we can engrave. 

 

REPAIRS AND JEWELRY CARE

Do you offer repairs?

Yes. If for whatever reason, you need repair on one of your Life Token pieces, please email info@lifetoken.com and we are happy to help you. Be sure to include your name, order number, description of repair issue and a photo in your email. We offer a 60 day limited manufactures warranty on all jewelry pieces and repairs on jewelry over 60 days with a small cost.

 

How do I clean my Life Token jewelry?

The only maintenance your Life Token jewelry needs is a gentle cleansing with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive jewelry wash.

 

Are the bracelet waterproof?

All our original Life Token bracelet bands are either nylon or cotton based and can withstand water. We recommend taking them off before entering bodies of water to help preserve the best quality possible.

 

SHIPPING

When will my order arrive?

You can expect it to take 7-10 business days. This includes order processing, production and shipping time.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally and will have this back as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email including your tracking information when your package ships. You can also track your package on our website here or send us an email to info@lifetoken.com and we are happy to help :)

 

RETURN / EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

For custom items, we are happy to accept returns in the following cases:

  • If we have made a typo during the customization process.
  • If your bracelet arrives damaged in some way.

Due to the custom nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns for our custom products for other reasons than the two listed above.

What is your exchange policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Life Token jewelry, we want to help you find your perfect Life Token piece. You can exchange or return items for store credit only within 7 days of receipt with all original packaging and a friendly Life Token Customer Care Representative will help you find your desired replacement(s).
 

Can I change my order?

We strive to begin production on your customized order as soon as possible. If your item has already begun production, we may be unable to make any changes to your order.

To make a request, email info@lifetoken.com with your full name, order number, and what you would like to change within an hour of ordering.

While we cannot guarantee we will be able to make your requested change, we will try our best to accommodate you.

Please note that we are unable to add any additional items to your order.

 

Does my jewelry have a warranty?
Yes, it does! We offer a 60 day warranty on all jewelry for any manufacturing defects, including chain or clasp defects. Email us as soon as possible if you are have any issues with your product. info@lifetoken.com
