I ordered it on the 9th, as a GIFT, and its now the 29th and no package. According to the tracker it is in California. When I complained, the girl responded with one sentence asking if I was sure I didn't recieve it. I need my money back ASAP. You have lost a loyal customer. I have order 10+ bracelets and I have been a support for a while now, but after this I'm so upset.
